Came here the other day with my friend. She was looking for a watch for her brother as a gift. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. The store was clean and organized. We found the watches and started looking. Immediately a gentleman came over and asked us if we needed help. He quickly started pulling out the watches and explaining the differences to us. He was VERY patient and honest with us. He spent about 15 minutes with us while she decided. He discussed the warranty and the services she would receive with the watch. He also asked if we had a coupon (which we didn’t) so he gave us an extra 10% off. I could not believe how helpful and pleasant he was and my only regret was not getting his name! For gifts in the future or to splurge on myself I will definitely be going back!

I came here just before closing, like 5 minutes, and the staff was very helpful. They helped me out without being rushed and I ended buying some shoes here. They have good prices, being an outlet and a decent selection.
