From what I remember, Ugg has double their prices over the years it’s been in business. It’s ridiculous but I’m a sucker for comfortable warm shoes. This may be an outlet store, but normally, they’re running the same prices as online. I came to Jersey Shore Premium Outlet over Christmas break and saw a stampede of compulsive shoppers entering and leaving Ugg. Of course, I had to peek into the store for myself to see what all the fuse was about. I spotted a cute black pair of Ugg with blinging swarovski crystals and I knew it was the perfect Christmas gift for mom. Retail $ 225(which I think is outrageous cause you’re paying roughly $ 125 for the Bailey boots and $ 100 for the swarovski crystal), Sale price $ 119. I swear, they purposely inflate the prices so you think you’re getting an awesome deal when they go on sale. I say if there’s no sales here, I’d head over to Nordstrom cause they usually run a 30% off on Ugg.

My name is Michelle«TruDogLuvr» and I’m addicted 2 UGGs… I know I already have over 5 pair but what is a girl 2 do??? Yes, the 1st step is to admit your problem. About every 2 years I take a trek to an UGGs outlet & I am never disappointed. Today is no exception. The array of colors from pastels to earth tones, leather to suede, plain to sparkles, loafers, boots, slippers shoes and more for women, children and men. I purchased these adorable mid calf distressed chocolate boots with a simple strap wrapped around the front with a uniquely designed brass plate that disappears where the leather meets the heel. The boots are low heeled but fashionable; that will look great with leggings & skinny jeans. The boots were comfy as I walked around the store as well as warm and cozy as they still had the lush inside material inside. I found the store well organized and the customer service affable. Prices on various items were quite reasonable and a few others not as much in my opinion but they are UGGS and the price point is considered moderately expensive even at outlet prices. I still think most prices are better than you can get at the higher end department stores or boutiques. UGGs, I will be back again next year or at least in my usual 2 years…

The deals here really aren’t all that great. Wait until Uggs go on sale at Nordstrom. The boots are more in season, and the customer service is much, much better. This outlet store has a sale rack in the back, which is extremely disorganized. You really have to dig, and sometimes you can’t even find the other shoe, and the staff can’t really help either. Also, if your staff marked something incorrectly, you should really not make up some bogus excuse. They had a pair of Ugg sandals for $ 24.99, and then a 50% off sticker on it. When I asked, they told me that the clearance shoes with the sticker were all an additional 50% off. Then, when I got to the register, they tried to tell me that it was already 50% off because $ 24.99 is 50% off from $ 60(original price). Really? I didn’t have time to argue since I wanted to check out some other stores before the outlet closed, so I just chose not to buy the sandals. The clerk was not friendly or helpful at all. 2 stars only because I have bought Uggs here in the past, before I discovered that Nordstrom has great deals as well. Would not recommend.

Came here with my daughter and wanted to see if they had the one she wanted. Have to say the place is very unorganized! The workers are standing around and you have to search the boxes for the one you want, not a fan of that. So like always I take my daughter to Norstroms and she is always happy. Not a fan of this place and only two stars because the fact that I found one for the wifey :)
