Our builder subcontracted to BRS. We contacted BRS after finding an exhaust pipe leaking in our basement. BRS inspected the problem and stated that the pipe was never connected to the sump pump and it would only take 20 minutes to fix, but they couldn’t come until 3 days later to fix the problem that was their own mistake! After calling the office back to request an earlier time(since we’re expecting rain again) the man laughed at the request to have the«20 minute» fix completed the same day. Horrible customer service to follow up with work that was completed with mistakes.

I used there website and clicked on the link for service.(I tried this two different times) Each time NOONE would contact us. I had to call their telephone number only to have someone«shocked» that no one followed up to my email service request. You would think that they would THEN call. NOT! I don’t know why this would shock me, even when calling their office and leaving messages, they fail to follow up! Poor service! For a business«in business» as long as they have been you would think they would have their«stuff» together! Unfortunately, they DON’T!
