Took my computer in there to have the hard drives backed up on a Friday, was told by the employee it would be done first thing Tuesday morning. I went in at noon on Tuesday, only to be told by the other employee(the guy I talked to previously was out on a call)…that they hadn’t even STARTED on my computer yet… then was told it wouldn’t be done till next Friday… when I questioned and pushed for an answer of why it was not done when they said it would be done, the guy(the owner of the business), tells me it wasn’t marked on the order that it had to be done today, and that they have other stuff to do besides my computer… then he turns and completely ignores me and goes into the back of the store… I went and asked him why he was being so hostile towards me… and his reply was that he had some«procedures» done on Friday, and he was still suffering the affects of those… I simply made the statement of I have bad days also, but I don’t take them out on my clients… and that what separates us from others is how we treat our clients… He then goes back and grabs my computer, brings it to the front, slams in on the counter, and basically said«There you go»…basically telling me to get out… I asked him, are you serious that this is how you want this to end… by treating another business owner like this… he finally said he would work on it and have it done that day… but instead of backing up all 3 hard drives to the tune of $ 80…he got the 4 files off that I actually needed… BUTSTILLCHARGEDMETHE $ 80PRICETHATWASTOBACKUPALL3HARDDRIVES… when they didn’t… NEVERAGAIN, WILL I DOBUSINESSWITHTHESEPEOPLE… ANDWOULDHIGHLYSUGGESTNOONEELSEDOESEITHER!
