First visit… let me say this… Ms Savannah does not play at the bar. If you’re looking for good drinks then this is your place and Savannah is your barista! So that’s a 5 star on the drinks. I recommend the Crown Apple & Sprite. As for the food, I can’t say that you should risk it… unless you’re drunk. I had the choose 2−3−4 and opted for the fried Swai and shrimp which comes with fries. The fries were oil logged and dry on the inside. The fryer probably wasn’t hot enough. The batter and crunch on the seafood was good but the seasoning was lacking. The tartar sauce got me through but it doesn’t appear to be homemade. The food ranks about 2.5 stars. I wasn’t too impressed. I’d come back for the drinks with the gorgeous water views on either side of the tiki bar.

What an awesome little place tucked away under a bridge!!! Disclaimer…this place is super casual so you will feel over dressed if you don’t have flip flops, shorts and a Tshirt on. I love the casual feel. You can choose to sit inside or outside near the Tiki bar. The only reason why I would sit inside is if it was raining. The view of the Indian River is super calming and peaceful. This place is where all of the locals come and boy are there some characters but everyone is so friendly. They have a full menu and I will say that save your money for the drinks. We chose to have appetizers to start and chose the fish dip and boneless wings. They were good but nothing to write home about. The fish dip had way too much mayo in it and it was a bit too sweet with what I think was pickle relish. But I enjoyed the fresh fried pita chips that were served with them. The boneless wings were a little strange. It’s pieces of actual chicken, both white and dark meat that are served in buffalo sauce. The drinks are AWESOME! They don’t measure the liquor so be prepared to have a pretty decent buzz! Lol! I had 2 rum runners which were very good and yes I had a buzz. After enjoying your drinks and eats you can take a walk out on one of 2 piers. Many people are out there fishing. It’s also a great spot to watch the rocket launches from the Cape.

The outside tables are disgusting so forget about eating outside. Unless you want to here the bar tender to shout curse words at his customer. Completely unprofessional. I ordered steak and shrimp for $ 24. When my waitress brought me my food she forgot my shrimp. The steak that she brought me with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts looked so unappetizing I thought she brought me the wrong food. The steak was super small. She then brought me my small portion of shrimp and I was extremely disappointed. The food tastes fine but they’re preparation has no talent or passion so the food looks horrible. Extremely over priced. The should put a new restaurant there because the location is wonderful.

4 Stars for an incredible location and surprisingly good food at what I consider a little hidden gem. I’ve been going to Playa Linda beach for a while now and hadn’t stumbled upon this gem until now. How, you may ask? It’s off of the bridge with no sign that I could find! Another time Unilocal has been my savior. There’s an outdoor bar when you arrive, but just beyond it is an inside dining area as well as additional picnic tables along the water. Yup– that’s right! Water-front dining with an air conditioned option, too! But who needs AC when you have a wonderful sea breeze? We chose to sit outside and had the pleasure of Daniel as a server. He was personable and had plenty of recommendations. I honestly didn’t try a single thing that was disappointing! Highlights include the Salmon Burger which is huge and has a glorious teriyaki sauce that takes it from awesome to outstanding; the Island Salad, which includes fresh, ripe mango and your choice of blackened fish(I went with Mahi Mahi); and the Crab Cake Sandwich which is a hefty portion(none of those tiny crab cakes we’re so used to) and a big crowd pleaser. Yes, we all had bites of each other’s food. No, we couldn’t decide on a favorite! The only but if feedback I’d offer is to have someone clean the bathroom a bit more often. It’s accessible from outside and reminded me of the bathrooms by the beach parking lot. Which isn’t a good thing. A few more shifts of someone checking it would help a lot! After lunch we took a walk on the small pier by the restaurant and took in the waves and seagulls. This is absolutely my new after-beach place. Expect to see me there on any given sunny Saturday!

Food is very pricy and average. Was not impressed with any of the food that was ordered. Tried the alligator tails and they were ok…

Waitresses do not use order pads. They came back to table 20 minutes later asking what I had ordered. Fried shrimp, and fried clams were fresh and quality was great. Coleslaw great too. I would indeed come back here again.

my god, this place is dark enough to get even the most fugly person a date. If I hadn’t recognized my friends clothing, I would have been groping around in the dark looking for them. I mention this only because I smelled the fish tacos before they hit the table and that smell was old fish or a $ 5 hooker, not sure until I tried the taco. Turns out that it was the fish. Sad, because this place is surrounded by water on three sides. The location couldn’t be more beautiful. They had live music from a talented guy on an acoustic. The margaritas were tasting and totally affordable. If only I hadn’t ordered the food, this experience would have been so much better.

Had the philly cheesesteak, it was pretty good :) Our waitress was VERY good! She had no problem substituting french fries for the pasta salad that is usually the side with my order. She checked on our table several times and was prompt with any requests.

This is it! Ate here on way to Daytona 500 and on return. Lunch time visit. Great food and service. Nice portions, we’ll presented. Loved the steamed shrimp. Also ahi taco and Asian salad. Will definitely drop by again!

I’ve only been on weekends, when there is live music. Very good food with generous portions, excellent live music, the best cheap margaritas in town. I wish they would improve the stage spaces available for the band. There is a deck stage with its back to the water, but it only has a backstop, no sides, so most bands don’t set up there due to the wind. Instead, they all set up on the corner of the building, where the view is cluttered and the band is a little cramped for space. If the venue would either put walls and a roof to protect the deck type stage, or enlarge and add a backdrop to the place bands have been playing on the side, it would improve things considerably. In either location, a roof of some kind to protect the bands from sun and inclement weather would be a huge improvement.

I wish Staff members were banned from bringing their phones into work with them, I swear they pay more attention to their texts or taking a selfie than to the people that are tipping them. Food is decent, Beer is good location is awesome.

We went for happy hour. We liked the location. Nice to be outside and have water all around. Servers were friendly enough. Seems like a pretty strong local hang out. We had the steak and cheese with fries. The fries came out really hot — just the way I like them! We shared the sandwich. It was good & also served hot but it had a slight fishy/seafood taste that it really shouldn’t have had. But it is a seafood place after all… I guess there is music on the weekends. We might venture out for another happy hour and listen to some music some day.

Enjoyed our lunch here. Food was fresh and reasonably priced. I had Asian Grilled Tuna Salad and others with me had the Fried Shrimp. Grilled Tuna was perfectly Grilled and appeared fresh. Fried Shrimp was well sized and done right — crispy brown, not oily and not over done. We also had a table with great view, Just about every table had a nice view. Our waitress was nice and it was her birthday. I would have given them 5-stars, but the Margaritas were small and weak, so much for $ 3 drink special. The margaritas were made by waitress, if I was to go back I would enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar, then go inside for dinner and just hope the bartender was bit more generous on the booze.

I have eaten here twice in two days and the food has been great. Great views of the water no matter where you sit. The servers are really very friendly. The menu has something for everyone and the seafood was fantastic. The fish tacos are loaded with fish… not just little nuggets or shreds. The place is very clean and the outdoor tiki bar is pretty neat.

I’ve been here numerous amounts of times, the views and live music are what brought us back for a great place to go after the beach but never again. The bar tenders cater to the locals, we waited at the bar for a good 30 mins only to watch many others walk up after we did and get service, we only got an order in because one of the locals sitting at the bar felt bad for us and ending up flagging the bartender down. This is a usual occurence, food is over priced and mediocre at best, unless you have been drinking.

As a party of 4, we ventured here on a lovely Sunday afternoon and sat at a covered picnic table on the east side outside deck by The Titusville Veterans Memorial fishing pier with a beautiful, picturesque view of the bridge and the river. The view made this experience. I ordered the fish(cod) and chips special($ 14.99) and it was pretty good. My son had a lobster bisque which he described as great. The server, Tyler, was friendly and somewhat attentive but when we needed him once he wasn’t around… right after food delivery which commands a visit to the table to see what else is needed. The bartender stepped in after seeing us looking around and she was able to pacify our needs. No worries. They are good at teamwork. The beers were cold and the personnel were friendly. Give them a try and sit outside if the weather lets you.

Lovely place right on the water, I live 1.5 miles from here and just now found it thanks to my neighbor telling me about it, came for dinner on my hubby’s Birthday. …watched the sun go down and had drinks and dinner… a big WIN for the day

I dont really go here to eat often but when I have the food has been good and reasonably priced. I do enjoy their new england clam chowder, fish tacos, and burgers. I do like to drink here often the the tiki bar. They know their mixology here and they have a decent beer selection. Wish they had Stella but not a big deal. Good food, great drinks, great place to chill.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the food or the cocktails. Stopped in on the way back to NSB after spending the day in Cocoa Beach hoping to grab a seat at the Tiki Bar at sunset. I’m reviewing only based on the atmosphere looking at the reviews I think I will keep with plan A just to enjoy a drink my next time through the place was packed so I moved on wasn’t interesting in trying the food since I had just eaten a few hours earlier.

Two stars for being close to anchorage and pet friendly but terribly dirty at the tiki and bathrooms. Barmaid got my drink wrong, my correct beer was frozen solid and our steak and cheese subs were lousy — frozen«steak ums». Fries cold and coleslaw drowned in mayo. Not her fault but she should have taken the drink off and cleaned the bar. The bar was sticky … We were starving so we ate fast and left. Only eating spot for sailors… Came here before and had better fish tacos and fun service, it was a Monday and trivia night was fun. It’s vastly overpriced. Won’t return until it passes a health inspection, gets new mgmt, ownership and staff. Really it needs a professional with passion to run it.
