I had a great experience with Doug and his dog. I found a bug in my bed and immediately freaked out. I had another exterminator come who didn’t look around at all, said we had bed bugs, and then said he was going to spray our house with chemicals and charge us $ 1200. Since I didn’t have any bites and had heard that getting a dog was the way to go I gave Doug a call. He came the same day. He actually called to say he would be 15 minutes early if that was ok with me. When has that ever happened when waiting for an exterminator or a contractor? And good news, I didn’t have bed bugs! It was a carpet beetle, which he was able to identify. He saved me a ton of money. Such a nice guy too. I hate that feeling of being taken advantage of by people working on your house and I really trusted him. It’s worth the money to know for sure if you have bed bugs before spending all that cash to get rid of them.
