Allstate Insurance: Carleen A. Desrochers

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this agency, and my agent in particular. When other companies wouldn’t insure my new house because of «oversaturation» in the area, this agency took on the project and led me through the closing process. Desrochers agency worked closely with my mortgage broker and realtor to ensure a seamless closing, satisfying all insurance requirements for the lender. Since my long time insurer abandoned me regarding the new home purchase, I decided to abandon them with my car policy. I transferred my auto to Desrochers as well — and noticed a steep discount. The agents were incredibly knowledgeable regarding the needs of the RI DMV, including all of the forms, id, funds, and pre inspections that I would need to comply with to secure a new registration, title, tags, and license. I was in and out of the DMV in one hour, during one trip. For RI —that is unheard of and I owe it ALL to the Desrochers agency.
