Find somebody else. I contacted Sam at Bayside Navigation in early March to do an install of a GPS/fishfinder on my boat. He indicated that he was interested and could do the install in early April. He and I corresponded via phone and email for a couple of weeks in regards to the unit and cost before he stopped returning calls and emails. By the time I figured out that he apparently was no longer interested I couldn’t find anybody else to do the install before my boat went in the water. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. If you change your mind and no longer want the work at least have the common courtesy to let the customer know. Granted it was a relatively small job but this is terrible customer service under any circumstances. And who knows what would happen if you have a problem that he has to come back to fix. Good luck.
