I went in Friday. The man at the desk was having a conversation with someone he personally knew (I assumed this because of the conversation) we were not greeted, i hung out near the counter waiting for a break in the conversation so I could ask a question. He just looked at me and kelp talking. Now I understand I could have just said excuse me but it’s your shop, a blind man could tell I was waiting for help. Apparently he didn’t want my business, so I took it elsewhere. A simple hello, can I help you with anything? Would have made a huge difference.
