Another great experience with Viti Volvo service. I was stuck unable to remove wheel locks to have my tires rotated after another former Volvo dealer over tightened the locking studs and apparently stripped the «key». Viti took me in right away and for a very reasonable price replaced the problem wheel studs and had me on my way. Great customer service and much appreciated!

Zero stars for Service– I came here today to attempt to get my Sirius radio fixed in my XC90. All attempts to listen to me fell on deaf ears. I believe it’s because I am a woman. The first person in service wouldn’t even listen to what my problem was. He was convinced my car didn’t have the Sirius system in it– which it does. The gentleman who sets the appointments wasn’t helpful either. Simple questions about my car couldn’t be answered. These people work in Volvo service and they don’t seem to have much of a clue about the damn things. They just acted annoyed by my questions.
5 stars– for Rick Tarantino in Sales who was most helpful in my inquiry about available vehicles as my husband is looking for a new car. If you worked at a different dealership I would buy our next car from you.
Fast forward a few hours– Mike at the Pawtucket Volvo was able to fix my glitch in no time flat and I am happily trucking down the road with my Sirius radio blasting!
I live in Bristol and from now on I will drive all the way to Pawtucket for any service needs.
Conclusion — incompetent rude service staff. I will take my business elsewhere.

The only reason I am giving this place a one is for the coffee machine in the waiting room. If you want to pay six hundred bucks for TWO new tires, you go right
ahead but i’m out.
