I had an awful experience. All around unprofessional and dangerous. I am an adult that decided to get braces. They let a person who (they told me this) was not licensed to put braces on me. They adjusted my braces every TWO WEEKS! They charge you per visit not per month so of course they want you to go every two weeks. I had seen them 8 times in two months and Dr. Erwin barely knew my name/​who I was. If your Ortho doesn’t know your face they probably don’t know what’s going on in your mouth.
So, I finally changed orthos because I had a root die and they blamed me and wouldn’t even pay for a consultation to a specialist (even though they said they would). This was the last straw, if I kept with them I could lose teeth. They even tried to say it was probably nothing and when I insisted there was something wrong they told me to wait a week or two. I couldn’t believe the carelessness they treat their patients with. I feel sorry for those who have no idea who shoddy treatment they are getting because if you’ve never had braces before, how are you supposed to know?
Well I’m with my new Ortho and I can’t believe the difference. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these people. They people are greedy and careless.
