The guys at the shop are definitely knowledgable, have a passion for what they do, and that shines through. They were able to find several missing pieces for a 40 year old Schwinn bicycle and put it back in working order. Prices are definitely decent and the turn around is quick. The only thing is they won’t call you that it’s done you have to call them so keep your ticket.

Very friendly and helpful. I called them up and they walked me through their costs for a tuneup on my bike. Immediately I knew I was going to go there. I had been to a different store the day before and even though their prices were about $ 5 cheaper than The Bike Route the person was very unfriendly and unhelpful. That was not the case with The Bike Route. They were great! They also helped me out with changing my tires and were both informative about the different options, but didn’t push me to buy the most expensive type. I will be definitely going there again in the future.
