Zero star. I bought a Windows 7 software thinking I needed it. I was able to resolve my issue without reinstalling Windows. I have the receipt and returned it the next day. The package was never opened and untouched. They have a 7 days return policy but refused to give us the refund. We are disputing the charges with our credit card company and hope we can get a refund. This is unethical business practice.

Just visiting my mother in law and took care of a problem she had with her hard disk drive… the connection was loose and that caused the machine to show an error on rebooting. Of course this company charged her $ 201 to remove a virus which«is most likely the cause of the issues experienced» the charge of $ 99 for Virus and Spyware removal and«optimization» is another one that makes me wince… How low to take such advantage of the elderly
