Computer Discount

Terrible experience. I will never return. This was my third time taking computers here and it will be the last. I took 2 computers in on a Monday. They told me «maybe it will be done by end of business tomorrow, but Wednesday for sure.» Tuesday came and gone, Wednesday came and gone, no call. I had to call them on Thursday. They weren’t even aware I had 2 computers there. One was done (why no call, even for an update?), the other wasn’t. Friday morning I called them again (still no call from them), and explained when I brought them in, started to lay out the timing and the rude service rep interrupted me and said «We tell everyone 2 or 3 days.» I see. So, I said «Fine, I’d just like an update please». They put me on hold — said they would be done by 3pm. REALLY?!? What a complete waste of time, thanks to Computer Discount. If I ever have the need for a computer to be looked at or fixed, I will go anywhere but here, and I’d suggest you do the same.

Hands down! This is the best local place to go for your computer needs.
We have been doing business with Computer Discount for over 10 years and have referred many of our friends and families. We never had any bad experience with them. I know if things don’t go right, they will stand behind their products and service. Stop looking! They have stores all over town for a reason.
