We bought our bed in December from this store. We came back a couple of times and probably drove the Dave, Manager, who sold us our bed crazy, but he didn’t show it. Very helpful and down to earth. Asked us questions and showed us the ones he thought would fit our needs. He explained features and answered our questions concisely. He really helped us make an informed decision. Price and warranty were value for what we purchased.
The bigger store may be bigger, but the service from this store was excellent. We were after an adjustable bed. Gotta say we made the right choice in mattress and store. I say at least once a week I love this bed. Thanks so much Denver Mattress and Dave.

Customer service at the Monroe Street location was outstanding. The sales representatives were friendly and very accommodating. Their warranty process was user friendly and more than fair. I would buy my next mattress from them as well as refer my friends and family.
