Forever 21

Forever 21 always has awesome deals and the perfect styles for me. However, my trip today, 2-​20-​2016, was horrible. The store was very kept nice, but the customer service was awful. I was in there for 2 hours or so and had my arms completely full. Not one worker greeted me or asked if I needed help carrying or starting a fitting room. Not very friendly either when asked to help out either …

Pretty chill atmosphere. Everything was well stocked and the workers were very helpful. I came in to look at there jewelry selection for the affordable earrings and accessories.
But beware! Most sales are final for jewelry, so once you buy it, its yours! So think twice! Will it match your seasonal wardrobe?! These are the questions people!

This location isn’t the biggest forever 21 location but it’ll do. The store isn’t too small where you feel like you’re tripping over other people but isn’t overwhelmingly busy. The employees here are very friendly. The store seems to have some kind of order to it as opposed to some F21 locations where it seems that everything is randomly thrown on racks.
The clothes isn’t the best quality but the prices are great so you can keep up with the ever changing fashion. It’s also a great place to get staple items like leggings and tanks for a cheap price.
If you’re not familiar with F21, they don’t do returns– just store credit or exchanges. And I just learned that all accessories are final sale so make sure that you like it when you buy it!
