I lived there about a year and half, and moved out a month before my lease term. It smells especially bad outside during summer. Anyway, after I moved out they sent me a bill instead of a credit check they promised to refund me if someone live in my unit. They charged me over 400 for the carpet replace which there was no damage to the carpet and totally look good. $ 25 repair the bathroom, and other fees. At the end they charged me over $ 500 extra to repair the room for the next tenant. It’s unbelievable that I paid about $ 550 rent every month, and still pay this unreasonable repairing fee, what a rip off. I deeply regret by moved in this overprice apartment and good luck to you all
