If I had an option to not give any stars I would. This place is a joke… And heres the kicker I HAVENTEVENMOVEDIN. i applied for an apartment, the location is great and the model I was shown was modern, and very nice and the closest apartment to all my family. However, i was denied without any explanation why. Well i figured out why and provided the documentation to clear my denial… Which was a stupid piece of paper showing i had never in my life been to court for any reason… Including jury duty. They don’t call you back. Every story is different. i was told I would get my 99 dollars to hold an apartment back… And have yet to receive it. Every person tells me something different, they don’t answer the phones, and I was even told I would get approved once I turned in documents, and never got a call back. i have called every day for two weeks and spoken to someone twice. The management is a joke, I got approved elsewhere within minutes, with a low deposit, and was told to take legal action against them. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, because I firmly believe I was scammed. i was approved for two other apartments elsewhere, and denied here? Sounds fishy. I have good credit and good income and have contacted my renter history paper work and its spotless. I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. also, when I was looking, on all the doors of the apartment buildings there was a sign that no one had water due to pipe issues. Over all, dealing with these people for 12 months sounds awful.

Update… it has now been about 6 months since I moved out. I wrote last time that they kept charging me even after I moved out, to the tune of $ 1,000, and kept promising to refund me the money but did not. I had to have my bank open a dispute and get the money back that way. Well, in January they sent a letter to my last known forwarding address(my mother’s house, since I moved out of the country) demanding them that I pay them back the money that they mistakenly charged me after I moved out! The letter was from a lawyer claiming that this was my «last warning» before legal action would be taken against me. Clearly this was a mistake, so I called them during normal business hours(long distance) and left messages. I left 7 messages for them over the next month and three messages for the lawyer, none of which were returned. In the messages I asked them to email me or to call me internationally, or to contact my mother within the United States. None of this was done, but the letters continued. I had to get my own legal aid to contact them. Finally they told her that they would pay ME back… but they already had! So, this is a warning. These people don’t know what the heck they are doing. They don’t know what money is owed or what is due. They don’t know how to answer a phone call or return a message. They don’t know to stop billing you once you’ve moved out. STAYAWAY.
