I’ve been a client for over 20 years. Guardian Alarm has always been quietly in the background.
I only actively needed them once. Their quick response kept my house from burning down. Thank you Guardian Alarm.

I’ve used Guardian for more than 10 years and have never had a problem they didn’t address. I have a service contract, so repairs are covered, and they come right out to fix any issues. I recommend them.

I have used Guardian Alarm for the past 20+yrs and have had no problems with their alarm monitoring system. Service has always been «above average» Whenever they where called to service my system they where there within 24 hrs. (a non emergency). The only issue I have considered in replacing this company with another Security Monitoring Company is that they do not offer competitive pricing when it comes to a Satellite Monitoring system vs. a Land line system.

I have a vacation home in Florida. And did not think twice about who to call their customer service is always great and I love a real person answering the phone in 2 or less rings. It would be great if they were better integrated with one office instead of dealing with two management teams. But I love the TC phone app! Wouldn’t trade it

The worst customer service. They can’t tell when your equipment IS NOT FUNCTIONAL from their end. My sump pump which was supposed to be monitored failed and the alarm never went off so needless to say my basement flooded. I tried to speak to management and they were very uninterested in calling back. The alarm system has not worked since July 2014 when they came to install a new battery. Look at my Angie’s List post on this subject as well.
I have no idea how long I have not had FUNCTIONING ALARM SERVICE and nor do they. They do not have the technology to know when you are actively monitored or not. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB against them.
They are going to get a large audience on their inferior service.
