I don’t know where they get their staff, but they are amazing. I have had interaction with at least 7 people by now and they have all been exceptional. Pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. It’s almost crazy how happy everyone is there. Obviously a good working environment. State of the art technology as well. I can’t recommend enough.

Walking in, you know that you’ve arrived at a first-​class office! Clean, modern and a friendly outgoing staff.
Today is my first visit as I needed a crown. Short on time and not looking forward to a 2 – 3 week wait, getting numbed up twice, and dealing with the length of time to make an impression or to fine tune the final product, I chose Dr Frankel for a one and done visit for my crown. The process is painfree, fast and effective. The technology is nothing short of amazing.
I’m switching to making this office my dentist for everything including scheduled cleanings. His commercials are right. While a dentist visit is not high on my daily wants, Dr Frankel & his staff are top of the industry.

There is a reason why Dr. Frankel is named the best of Toledo year after year. His knowledge and staff are above and beyond any other dentist I have ever visited. I am originally not from the Toledo area, and had yet to find a new dentist. Then the unexpected happened, I had a horrible tooth ache. I called Dr. Frankel’s office and his staff was able to get me in that day. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal. Although I was dreading it, the whole procedure was pain free and much more comfortable than I had ever imagined. Better yet, with his new technology, I was able to get a crown that same day, therefore, I didn’t need a temporary cap or to go back to the office, which was great. But what «sealed the deal» for me was that Dr. Frankel gave me his personal cell phone number, which is on his business card, and told me to call him if there was any problem with my tooth. It was nice to know that he cared. I have truly found a new dentist in my new home town, and it feels great!
