I used to visit this shop often, but not anymore. I stopped in today and the employee was on the phone. I heard her say«hold on I have a customer», then she said hi to me, then returned to her phone call. I walked to the back flower fridges where everything was either overpriced or half dead. She told me that was all they had but could mix some single stems to make a bouquet. There was nothing good there and single stems were starting at $ 5 each. I didn’t want to settle on the flowers so I said I was ok and started to walk out. Then I heard her tell the person on the phone«I don’t even know what this dude said». Went to Kroger down the road and got an incredible bouquet for $ 7. I am actually surprised that Kroger is better than Ken’s now. That is it though. I will not be returning to this shop again.

I’ve always used Bartz Vivano flowers and I’ve always been extremely happy. However, I was in Sylvania and I needed to get a dozen roses quickly, and I stopped into this location on Monroe st. I walked in and there were only two very small coolers with flowers available for purchase right now. There was only one girl working, and another customer ahead of me. The customer ahead of me was buying a corsage and boutonnière. The girl working was nice, but very awkward, and tried to upsell the customer on everything. I literally stood there waiting for 23 min without being acknowledged or helped. Finally, I asked if the arrangements in the cooler were all they had available. It was a week before valentines day, and there were only 2 bouquets of roses in there. One looked TERRIBLE and was mixed with small almost dead carnations. The other was a dozen, small, not healthy roses. I probably should have just left and went to the Kroger in Sylvania. Even the Kroger roses look better for a fraction of the price. However, I was in a hurry and needed to drop them off soon, so I reluctantly purchased a dozen red roses for $ 96 with tax. They even have a $ 5 off coupon on the counter, but she wouldn’t let me use it unless I placed my order online. I delivered the roses, and sure enough, they didn’t even last a week. I am terribly disappointed in Ken’s service and product. I will never go anywhere else than Bartz Viviano.
