Completely painless. I easily scheduled my appointment online, and when I arrived was greeted by a friendly staff member and was directed to fill out my paper work. Shortly after, I was led by Dr. Barron to the exam room, and had the best exam experience of my life. He was soft-​spoken, knowledgeable, and quick! My visit ended with yet another friendly staff member. Wonderful overall experience, and I would recommend them to any and all.

I really dislike eye doctors, so much that I have gone to an eye doctor only twice in the past ten years, despite knowing I needed a better prescription for my glasses. The irrational fear some people feel with going to the dentist, I feel about eye doctors.
That all being said, my trip to LensCrafters was as painless as possible. I booked my appointment online and arrived a few minutes early. I filled out the paperwork, and was whisked back into the exam room. Dr. Barron completed my eye exam quickly, efficiently, and with kindness. When I started tearing up (due to my fear), he quietly handed me a tissue and continued.
Since I wasn’t buying glasses there (I will buy them online), when it was over I checked out and received a copy of my prescription. I even booked an appointment for next year with the friendly employee at the desk. I was in and out of LensCrafters in 20 – 25 minutes, and am thankful for a positive experience!
