I was not pleased at all with Lowes– avoid it if you can, they were pricey and I found much better deals and service at Menards. After my experience, I looked into Lowes and they don’t support diverse communities which is also off putting to me.

The only drawback: little on the expensive side for some things. Although, we bought a new washer and dryer in July and the deal we got was amazing and we did look at the same washer and dryer elsewhere. We bought LG and saved $ 400 on EACH. They are quick to deliver, and will haul away for free. Delivery people always are great. And they stand by their sales.
Staff: always friendly, helpful. Very good at coming up asking if you need anything, and if they don’t know the answer, they find someone who does. Top-​notched customer satisfaction.
Products…have so many things you don’t see other places. Stupid thing about me… I love the TV Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer… nauseatingly love him. Lowe’s always has SO many Rudolph items, from lawn to home… lol
