I have been to this location 4 times and so far each time has been a 4 star experience. I have used 3 different therapist all with different levels of pressure and technique and I can’t complain about any of them! From lite pressure to firm pressure I have had a great experience each time. This evening I used Alex for my massage and it was a great relaxing experience. She seemed to be very knowledgeable of the human anatomy and physiology which just helped the experience. From the moment you check in they usher you into a private and quiet waiting room to wait for your session. Post session they always follow up with an evaluation and a small cup of water. The checkout receptionist have always been pleasant and attentive. If you are looking for an affordable way to get regular massages this is the place to go.

This place takes down your credit card info to schedule an appointment. One day I reserved appointments for myself and a friend. My friend joined their membership club and when her credit card expired they started charging mine. I called repeatedly to fix the problem and nobody would call me back. They did not do anything until the BBB got involved. On top of that as soon as you leave your relaxing massage, they high-​pressure sales you into their monthly program which just stresses you out. The only positive I can say is that it is pretty easy to get last minute appointments. Other than that, this place is awful.
