In short, quick appointment, prompt service, clean, and not pushy!
I used to use a different company for my heating/​air conditioning but when I called them to check out a problem, they told me there was a $ 95 fee just to come out and they couldn’t come until later in the week. So my friend recommended Maumee Valley Heating and Air conditioning.
I called them and they were able to set up an appointment right away for the next morning (they actually had an appointment spot that day but it didn’t work out for me.) Unlike other companies that give you a 4 hour window or are late, MV H & AC were right on time for the appointment. When the guy came in, he put on footies over his shoes so that he didn’t get my floors dirty. Very considerate! He was also very nice & wasn’t pushy ie try to get me to do other stuff. I didn’t end up having to get any work done because the guy said there wasn’t a problem but I would definitely use them again if I did need to get work done!
