New drive thrus appear to have eliminated order goof ups. But, unless you come through when they are busy, you have a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of getting cold fries. Late at night service isn’t particularly fast, either.

I just feel this McDonald’s is really unorganized and very messy behind the counter. Ray Kroc would be ashamed, it’s in a nice part of Sylvania but you’d never know it.

The people working here are absolutely incompetent. I can’t tell you the number of times they got my order wrong or forgot to give me a straw or coffee stirrer. It is really really pathetic.

I was glad when we moved, as this McDonalds was terrible. I don’t think they ever got my order right in the drive-through.
