Went though the drive thru for breakfast a week or two ago, and after I ordered, I went to the window to pay and the girl didn’t even know what I ordered. She kept asking me if I had ordered this or that, none of which was correct. I kept telling her my order was just a steak and egg bagel, but she didn’t seem to understand me.

The service is the slowest I have ever seen. The drive thru has 2 ordering stations and they only use one. They tell u to go a head with your order and as u start to get it out the cut u off and tell u to hold on. Then they offer 24 hr breakfast and they are out of every thing!
