After 4 hours at multiple sprint stores and on the phone with customer care we ended up here. We had the account set up, had to transfer phone lines, but needed them to make it official. It should have been a 10 minute visit it took 2 hours… As if this wasnt bad enough… They added phone insurance to my line without asking($ 11/m), and game me the wrong phone. I needed a 64GB and asked for that, they gave me a 16GB. Use the store on monroe st if you have to go to a corp. sprint store. AVOIDTHISSTORE.

If you need phone help I suggest you try another store. I purchased a Samsung galaxy online and after 2 days had trouble with it. I took it to the Airport Hwy sprint store and they fixed it(or so they said) I have had it back there at least 6 times have spoken to the online offices and after a year and a half my phone still doesn’t work. Why when I pay monthly insurance you ask, because since the first time I had trouble with the android freezing I was told by the people who work there that since I bought the phone online through sprint I could not have my phone replaced. After talking to online services they said that I can only have phone replaced by going to local repair store and have tech look at it. So around and around I go. If asked would I recommend sprint or airport hwy. store I give a resounding NO!!! I have been a sprint customer for 15 yrs. this is the first major trouble I’ve had and I get crap.
