It seems unfair to even give one star to this place. I’d heard from a few friends not to come here. I decided to give it a fair shot. When I walked in and asked for a mani, I was curtly told«it would be 45 mins». No welcome to the salon it was more like«what do you want». In the years I sat and waited I observed two very cheerful girls chatting up their clients. I also watched a tech who was more interested in her phone than her client. I started to wonder what my life was going to be like now, living in the waiting area of this salon. Would I die waiting? What would they say about my chipped nails? I hope they’d realize I at least tried. An hour and 10 mins later I snapped out of it and left. Hey, my mind really wandered. I decided to go to Del Taco and get a burrito instead. Damn good burrito. Wish I’d done that 45 mins earlier.

I hate to post a negative review about this place because most everyone there is nice enough, they are just young and not very experienced. Maybe the owner won’t pay enough to get more experience. I’m not sure. I’ve just had more negative experiences here than positive. From unscheduled appointments I’ve made that no one bothered to write down(twice), to poor quality work, to unhappy employees who were more than willing to share the shop drama with customers, to downright unprofessionalism. I am just done after this last time. Their employees wear sweats, look sloppy, and show up whenever they want. They used a top coat that discolored my polish and I didn’t have time to let them fix it this last time. Now I have to remove and do them myself. I have given this place more than enough chances. This one was their last. The only reason I gave them an extra star is that girls are always nice to me and place is nice and clean. I’m honestly surprised they stay open though with the disorganization there. It’s too bad. I just won’t be back.

Came in today after going to another salon and being told I would have to wait over an hour to be seen. Came to Studio Nails and got right in. Chelsea was my nail tech and she did a great job. I came in for a gel manicure. Studio nails has a huge selection of gel polish colors it was really hard to pick! But I’m really happy with how my nails look I’ll definitely be back!

I called here on Mother’s Day around 4 to see if I needed to schedule an appointment or just come in. The lady on the phone responded that they are closed on Sundays but just opened up to honor some of their loyal customers on Mother’s Day. I was not going to go any further but patty did. She asked me how long it would take me to get there and what I wanted done. After replying with a manicure/pedicure and 5 minutes she said come on it and she would take care of me, which is exactly what she did. She did not rush or seem annoyed and for my first time coming here I was so pleased that she stayed open for just me! It really made my Mother’s Day and I appreciate what patty did. Even sacrificing her own day with her 2 kids of her own. I won’t go anywhere else and will suggest this place to many others. Thanks so much and I’ll be back :)

If you are reading this review because you are looking for a place to get a manicure or pedicure, do not go to studio nails. This place clearly has some huge management issues. The problem with«salons» like this are they don’t care about you as a person, they only care about money. They allow walks in to come in at any time and put the girls behind for their scheduled clients. My mom, sister, and I had a scheduled 3 pm appointment for a pedicure, my mom even called at 1 pm to confirm. We arrived early and one girl looked up and said they were running behind and to go ahead and pick out a polish and start soaking. It was very awkward and uncomfortable in the salon, everyone seem stressed out not only the employees but the clients they were working on. I actually saw a girl roll her eyes on the way out, I’m assuming she had the same«great» service that we received. By the time we started getting our pedicures it was a half hour later and our water was cold. The girls that were working on us seemed very good they did do a good job, but it seemed the monster Manger made them uncomfortable as well. She was rude to them as they were doing our pedicures, at one point accusing the girl that was doing my sisters pedicure of stealing her top coat, the girl was quick to tell her she hadn’t used it and was very apologetic. The manager just grabbed it rolled her eyes and walked away. Besides the wait and the awkwardness, the biggest problem was we had gotten the pedicure package with the parrafin add on. My mom got hers and seemed a bit confused as the only covered her heels and toes, then they informed us they ran out of parrafin so we wouldn’t be able to have It done. My mom asked the girl who was doing my feet if that’s why her whole foot wasn’t covered in the parrafin, and she said yes it was because they were low. So we were pretty bummed about the parrafin, the manager without apologizing said she’d give us vouchers to come back, I knew we weren’t coming back so I asked if we could just get a discount on our bill, she said no. When my mom went to pay she got charged for her parrafin, and when she asked why she had to pay when she didn’t even have the whole thing, the manager again without lifting her head said«that’s how we do parrafin» rudely. When offered the vouchers we said no we wouldn’t be coming back so not to bother. I do have to say I feel very sorry for the girls who work for the monster manager, they seemed very sweet and they did a good job on our pedi and polish.

My mom scheduled a 3 pm appointment for herself, and my sister and I for 3 pedicures. She picked this location because they advertise paraffin wax. The day of our appointment she called at 1 o’clock to confirm and to make sure they were running on time. We arrived 10 minutes early and instantly felt awkward. The rude manager informed us they were short handed and we would have to wait. A very friendly girl started our foot bath but did not assist us into our chairs and did not turn on our massage chairs. We sat for ½ hour with our feet in cold water before anyone acknowledged is. Another lady walked in and was set up for a pedicure before anyone started working on us even tho we had been sitting for ½ hour. Finally the small friendly girl started working on my moms feet while my sister and I continued to sit with our feet in cold water. Finally two other girls came over and started working on my sister and I. When it came time for the paraffin wax my mom only got half a treatment and then they informed us that they didn’t have anymore wax heated up for my sister and I, we requested the paraffin when we initially got that so you think after sitting for half an hour they would have made sure they were prepared. They did offer two vouchers for a free paraffin wax treatment for my sister and I but at this time we knew we were never returning. My mom asked the girl doing her feet if it was normal to only have the wax on your toes and heels instead of the full foot and she said no it was only because they were running low on wax, so my mom asked if she really had to pay for the half ass paraffin dip because it wasn’t a full treatment and the rude manager replied from across the salon that’s how they do it there and yes she had to pay full price. Over all I’m disappointed with our visit, the girls did a decent job on our nails but the wait was ridiculous and the manager has no business skills, never once did I see her smile, and her overall attitude sucked. I feel bad for the employees there, they did a great job but they all seem very unhappy in their work environment.

Was really excited to have my mani-pedi for my wedding done by Becky! The salon was clean and everyone was really nice; however, my gel manicure has been a disappointment. The polish started cracking and flaking off at the tips of my nails within 24 hours. I had a nail fixed for free the next day and coated all the fingers in top coat as recommended, but it has been 4 days and 6⁄10 fingers have had the tips flake off.

I love it here! I have always had a pleasant experience every time I have been here. The nail techs are very friendly and do a great job. They have the largest selection of nail colors of any salon I’ve been to even with the gels and shellacs have dozens of colors too choose from :-)) I will definitely return again and again!
