The Oasis Restaurant & Delivery

I was looking for something open late in my neighborhood and this was my only option after midnight. I placed an order online as their website promotes… simple order of a small pizza and bosco sticks (2 toppings).
The overall appearance of the food was day old instead of freshly made.
Our pizza has so much sauce on it, you could barely take continuous bites! On top of that. the toppings were *minimal* what am I paying for really? Sauce and bread??? Where’s the flavor I ordered…
An order of Bosco sticks is 5.49 and you get 3… the bread was super hard and so was the cheese inside hence the day old appearance. They also dont come with enough sauce even for 3 sticks.
I’m not impressed with my first time experience…
Fast food would have been a better option for the price at this hour.

We’ve ordered delivery from this location many, MANY times and never had the
terrible experience we did this week. Delivery estimation always says 45 – 60 min
when ordering online and often times it takes this long but sometimes it doesn’t.
After an hour had passed since the time the email confirmation of our order was
received, I called to see if there was a problem. I was told that the Laskey location
was experiencing very slow delivery times and he apologized if the online ordering
system didn’t alert me to that. I was assured that the order would be delivered very
shortly. 25 minutes later.(so total time from order to delivery was an 90 minutes)
the order arrived. Not sure if the driver was out doing a LOT of deliveries at once,
but the food was barely warm and incredibly soggy. Not sure whether they’ve gone
through management changes recently or what .but food is not as good as it used
to be either. Portions are smaller and items no longer available (sandwiches used
to come with chips and a pickle .not anymore :()
Sorry Oasis .I’m know I’m only one customer, (but we typically ordered on average
once a week at $ 40 – 50 per order) — but my delivery business willl be given to Bambino’s
who ALWAYS delivers incredibly fast and the food tastes like it was made on the way
(fresh and HOT!).

Staying downtown, needed a meal after most things were closed. Asked hotel where I could get a pizza delivered and they have me a menu for this place.
Looked it over and decided a Reuben and some wings should be good for first time.
Called in and ordered for delivery. Got a Reuben sandwich fries and a drink and 5 wings for $ 18. To me that is NO where near over priced. Girl said it would be 35 – 45 minutes food was here with in 25 minutes.
Wings– got boom bang bang sauce. Combo of boom boom and sweet chili. Good flavor wings are decent sized.
Reuben– plenty of meat and sauerkraut. Only thing different from normal ones is sauce was on the side. Didn’t bother me since it was delivery it never got soggy!
Looking over their menu I don’t see a single thing over $ 10. So not sure how people think it is over priced? $ 7.49 for a Reuben make it a combo (fries and drink) for $ 2.99 more? 5 decent to good sized wings for $ 4.99.
I will repeat next year when I’m in town!

Food is pretty decent. I think they’re a little overpriced. The pizza is pretty spot on price wise compared to other restaurants in the area. Service tends to be slow if you call for delivery, but when you dine in its a bit quicker.

Everything I’ve ever ordered from this place has made me sick. The first few times you know you think it must be a coincidence and I’m just not feeling well, but we’re talking more than once or twice. My boyfriend loves his delivery and there’s an added bonus of them being open late. Like another Unilocaler pointed out, you are not getting what you’re paying for. There’s no reason to order this food when other places are still open. In fact, there’s actually no real reason to order it at all.

The delivery people are awesome. Can’t say the same about the people that prepare the food. It’s sad that you can’t even get what you paid for. When you place an order they should just get it right… It’s not that difficult to make a simple salad correctly with everything you asked for the first time.

Where to start? First off the food is expensive. It tastes okay but just okay. Don’t expect much and be prepared to pay out of the nose. I got a chicken shwarma that was pencil thin and an order of hummous that was like a sixteenth of an inch film on the plate. But wait they garnished it with hamburger dill pickles. Super disappointed in this place.

Called in a order for lunch told me 15 minutes. Got there on time my order took over an hour.
