The brewery and restaurant are together at the end of Main Street– not what we expected a «brewery» to look like coming from Bend, Oregon. But don’t let looks fool you … This place is GREAT! Brewery/Beverages: Great little family owned business. Beer was great. I had the raspberry, my husband had the ipa, and we got a small growler of the raspberry porter to go. All three were very good. I would highly recommend. Pig Feathers– restaurant: The location is small and unassuming. They weren’t busy on a Friday afternoon. We sat outside and it was a nice view of the water/marina. The blueberry burger had good flavor, great sauce. The pulled pork sandwich also very good. Potato salad was clearly fresh and homemade, yum! Kid’s meal was somewhat lacking but we made due. Overall great experience with great consumables. FAR and away BETTER than Rouge.

Great place! It was dead when we went in which was surprising. We split a pulled pork sandwich and fries and had some beers. My only issue was that our server wanted me to pay a dollar per sample of bbq sauce. Um, no! I would love to come back here to hang out and drink they have a ton of games and we had a blast.

Unfortunately, the TS was out of several seasonals I wanted to sample. However the flight I had was solid. The wheat was a very well executed whit style, cloudy with nice clove and banana notes. One of the better I’ve enjoyed in extensive beer travels. The Raspberry Squeal was a light, fruity ale. The aroma alone was worth the price of admission, and the taste stayed true. And, finally, the Honey Oatmeal Porter was lighter than expected, but well balanced with a smoothness. Put that on nitro and it would be killer. Drive inland a bit. You won’t be disappointed.

Beer and staff were great. Great beer for a small town brewery. Very presently surprised!

We stopped here on our way to Newport and I’m so glad we did. I was happily suprised by how awesome the beer was. We tried 6 of the 12 and they were all delicious. I especially liked the raspberry squeal, spruce hog, and the wheat. All exceptional beers. We decided on pulled pork sandwiches for lunch and they were soo good. I’m glad this place is close to Newport because we will definitely visit again before we head home.

I sampled the Twisted snout IPA and the Raspberry squeal, they were both delicious. We had kids with us, so decided to eat at the BBQ place next door and were happy that we could also order beers from twisted Snout since children are not allowed.

Great beer. Great bbq. The best joint on the Oregon Coast may just be seven miles inland in Toledo. It is actually two different places with different staff and owners that have created a symbiotic relationship. You can order off both menus on either side. From the brewery try the brown or a very dry IPA and order the steamed oysters. They are huge and briny and rich with a buttery peppery sauce. Then from the restaurant get yourself some bbq. The smoke is subtle, but the wings and ribs were perfectly cooked.

«Amazing! The best beer I’ve ever tasted… And I don’t usually like beer! If you are anywhere close to this brewery, it’s a MUST visit for ribs & beer! Thank you Stu & Becky!»

Tasted a sampler of four beers today and, hot damn, they were all so good I would have a hard time deciding which to order a pint of. There was the high alcohol rich caramel tasting Dayle Earnhog. Then the smooth Honey Oatmeal Porker, which would be perfect on a crisp fall afternoon. Next I tried Raspberry Squeal, a light low alcohol brew that is so refreshing and subtle, you could drink this one instead of water! Good lord. Finally, my possible favorite, the Red-Headed Step Hog. Complex and hard to describe, it’s a slightly hoppy, definitely nutty red ale with full flavor. I’m not a fan of IPA so I steered around them, though, I’ll venture a guess that there isn’t a beer here I wouldn’t love. There’s something for every taste.
