Disclaimer: I have never lived in this apartment complex. But, I had friends who lived in one of their 2 bedroom/​2 bathroom apartments for the last two years of college.
One of the best aspects of their apartment was the size and layout. There was plenty of space for people to hang out and the layout was pleasing. One of the bedrooms had a bathroom directly attached which is always nice. Plus, the dining area was separate from the living room. Always a plus for beer pong :)
If they would put in new carpet or hard word floors this place would definitely get an extra star. But, even how it is, it sure beats dorm life.
