This is our go-​to local place for gyros and Greek salads. Good food prepared quickly and at a reasonable price. Chicken gyros are tasty.

I’ve had food from this place a couple times and it was subpar which turned me off from it. This past weekend however, I wanted some good, local chicken wings so I went on the hunt with the help of Unilocal and google. This place kept coming up first so I decided to give them another chance. I’m so glad I did! The one alarm chicken wings are some of the best I’ve ever had. I got the large chicken wing combo which comes with 10 wings, a nice amount of crispy fries, and a pop of your choice. It was so good that I went back 2 days in a row! I don’t know if they got a new cook or what but it’s working. Keep up the great work!

The boyfriend and I always get the boneless wings. He enjoys the 1 Alarm sauce, which is delicious a buffalo sauce. I recently tried the garlic, which is a thinner garlic butter sauce. Because I like a thick garlic sauce, I can’t say I’d choose this sauce again, but it was more enjoyable than most garlic butter sauces. Highly recommend the fries– they’re perfect! We can’t wait to try out the gyros, hummos and baklava.

Beyond disappointing. My husband and I ordered some garlic wings tonight… we wanted something quick and easy to nibble on for dinner. One could assume that with a name like «Wing Station,» the restaurant might have some bragging rights when it comes to wings. Yeah. No.
Eager to avoid an uncomfortable wait in their tiny dining area, I called ahead, and was told that my order would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I patiently watched an incredibly uncomfortable transaction between a boorish couple and the young man behind the counter. Errors were made, the couple was upset, and the young man made no effort to appease them. While the couple waited for their order to be corrected, the young man took my payment. I then proceeded to sit and wait while he angrily wrapped up the couple’s correct order, and then angrily helped another young patron with her order (an order that he had also failed to correctly fulfill). A minute or two after the second patron left, I approached the counter, and explained to the young man that it had been 40 minutes since I first placed my order. He smirked, and asked, «What was the name again?» Given that he never took my name over the phone, and given that he just took my payment about 5 – 10 minutes prior, I found his flippant response to be incredibly frustrating. I felt horrible that the couple found it necessary to have a Jerry Springer Show meltdown in the middle of the restrarant, but he wasn’t making it any easier on himself by treating the rest of us so poorly.
After he mentioned my order to a co-​worker, I saw a man dump a basket of wings (that had clearly been sitting in the basket for some time) into a white, translucent, and moldy looking bucket filled with yellow grease. A few minutes later, I was walking out the door with said wings and grease. No apologies for the wait. No «thank you, come again.» Just a nasty styrofoam box full of overcooked wings, several cups of moldy grease, and a prepackaged sandwich bag of celery.
Thank God for the celery. It was delicious.

only been here once, not bad at all. they seem to have the lowest price for wings in the entire area.
extremely busy, so you kind of have no choice but to show up and order. forget phone ordering because they don’t answer. and when they do… «hold please»
the only thing i’d say is to tell them you want half the sauce or whatever because it will leak out of the container.
other than that, its pretty darn good.

Hands down, simply the best hot chicken wings in Toledo! For some, the suicide will be way too much but for those other gluttons for truly flavorful AND hot, go straight here.

I have been frequenting this place since the late 1980’s, although the owners and names have changed since then. The item to enjoy hands down would be the chicken wings. Skip everything else and make this your place to get the best wings. Try the 1 alarm sauce and you too will be addicted. Keep in mind that most business is carryout and the seating inside is limited. The ambiance is extremely casual, but the wings are worth it. Try them today and you will say «bye bye» to Fricker’s, BW3’s and Jed’s.

Even if there are tables you should still carry out, that aside the food is good. The wings are great my favorite is two alarm jumbo. The gyro is well prepared as well with lots of meat and great flavor. My significant other doesn’t care for the hummus but I think it’s ok, not great just ok. Call your order in ahead of time to save time.

was in the mood for a gyro and a friend recommended this place since i was in the toledo area. WAWA-​WEE-​WA… this was a treat! i loved every bite! i will definitely be going back here for sure. mins a star because my friend who ordered the wings was less than thrilled w/​the taste (he didnt finish them). also, the onion rings were a bit thick, but still tasty.

I was looking for a late lunch and stopped in here on the recommendation of some friends who raved about their gyros. Ordered a chicken gyro platter (fries and salad) since I don’t do lamb, and some feta cheese to put on the gyro. The price (8.95) seemed pretty reasonable for that much food.
I took the food home, only to open it up and find that my chicken gyro was actually a regular gyro sans feta. Yeah, shame on me for not checking before I left, but I was pretty disappointed. The fries did not survive the commute well, so beware for folks taking carryout. The salad was pretty good, but the lettuce was pretty brown in spots and slightly tinny tasting.
When I called to let them know that they had given me the wrong order, it took four attempts to call before they picked up. Once I had them on the line, they apologized halfheartedly but that was the extent of it.
I’m sure their gyros really are spectacular, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
