I took my son here yesterday for an infection .
I would have given them 4 or 5 stars as all of the staff were very nice and attentive and we were in and out fairly quickly.
However when I got home and read the sheet that they gave me I noticed something written that I was not happy with.
My son has Down Syndrome with a dual diagnosis of autism. They had written on it…
Down Syndrome. .and underneath that.“low functioning”.
I was irked because :
1) I don’t remember in a matter of meeting my son within the last few minutes. .that an evaluation was done to determine his cognitive level
2) there was no need to write or document that information. .it had no baring whatsoever on why we were there or the treatment needed.
Please think of these things in the future whenever you write information on your follow up sheets.
Other then that I was pleased with the care given.

Over all nice place but very slow. We went in at 4:30 in the afternoon. Not one person in the waiting room and no patient s coming out and we still waited 30 minutes… then after the doctor saw us it was another 10 minutes of waiting…
