Blu Sol Massage Spa Tolleson

UPDATE 1÷31÷2016 I returned here for my 1 ½ hour massage (reflexology added on at the end) I was a tiny bit disappointed BC on my first visit 2 weeks ago I was told that if I «checked-​in» to Unilocal App on my return I would receive $ 30 off since my service was over $ 79.00 when I called to see if this deal was available since I was receiving an introductory offer $ 60 the receptionist who answered told me I would be able to redeem this offer and today when I showed up I was told that this offer is not valid because it was something the old owners were offering. My mother in law accompanied me on on this visit and we received our massages together my masseuse Dana was amazing & welcoming as this was my 2 time with her. My mother in laws masseuse (who’s name I didn’t remember) was coughing up a storm during our 1 ½ massage for me it was unsettling & distracting I could not relax or take a little cat nap because of the coughing & because of the «relaxing» music they were playing in our room was fairly loud (next time I know to request it lowered or off).1/16/2016 Today was my first visit I went for a reflexology massage. I called around 9:15am and was told I could do a walk in appointment I scheduled and was there 10 min. early filled out a short intake form and was asked to step to the back to wait. My masseuse Dana came in took me to the massage room and asked me about my problem areas or any concerns I had. The massage itself was amazing! Dana was very helpful and informative. Normally during a massage I like to relax and fall asleep LOL but this was a short 30 min massage on my feet so I talked with her. She did an amazing job. I scheduled to go back with her again in two weeks for a full body massage and a 30 minute reflex. The receptionist told me I could get an introductory offer of $ 59 for a 1 hour massage and added in the reflex for $ 30 (the normal price) for a total of $ 90 this place is very affordable and clean and quite. The whole atmosphere is calming and enjoyable. I love it better than Massage Envy!

Alexandra gave me a great massage today! Beautiful, clean spa. The only negative I have is the sweet vanilla type scent of the candles/​plug-​ins. I’m just not a fan of that smell personally, though I’m sure a lot of people like it.

I get massages pretty often as well as I am in the beauty industry so I am pretty picky. My expectations weren’t super high based on the outside but inside is beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were great down to little details of a robe and flower set out. I had Ricky (not sure on spelling) he was wonderful, one of the very best massages I have ever had. The prices are pretty average but the memberships seem like a great deal might try that after my facial next month. Loved my experience

Incredible experience! My husband and I went here for a couple massage and loved it! The customer service is amazing, the Swedish massage was great and my husband’s deep tissue massage was exactly what he was looking for. The prices here are unbeatable. Will definitely be coming back for every vacation!

Best facial I have had in a long time with Cindy, She was incredible with her hands as well as her recommendations on how to keep my skin clean, I will definitely be back for my monthly facials! The Spa is very inviting and clean and staff is great always there with some delicious water to quench your thirst before and after your services

I had a maternity massage today with Samantha. She was really good and it was one of the best I’ve had. My problem with my visit is that I got there 15 mins early to make sure any paperwork was done early and massage started right on time. But I was greeted and taken in about 10 minutes past the start time of my appointment and I was desperately hoping the end wouldn’t be cut short as well, but it was. What was supposed to be a 90 min massage (what I booked as well as paid for) ended up being about an hour massage. She said she allowed extra time for me to get up slowly and take my time but I don’t understand why that should come out of my massage time. I don’t like making a fuss so I didn’t say anything to the staff at my visit, but when you pay for a certain length of time, it really needs to be exact. This saddens me because her skill level was so great, I really wanted to be able to come back. But timeliness is also very important to me.

Came in for a couples massage and was attended by Nicole. Normally, the Swedish massages I receive leave me saying «ouch» or holding my breath in pain because the pressure is too hard/​fast. Nicole greeted me with a smile and immediately asked me if there were any areas she needed to go lighter on and what areas I wished her to focus on. That may be seemingly obvious for a therapist to ask but most wont. The massage was great! I was relaxed throughout the session. She worked hard on my tensions to get knots out and I did not say «ouch» once. Thanks!

The service here goes above and beyond any other spa experience I have had.
I love the fact that they use organic products for their services as well as supply them if you enjoy them!
Facials have such a relaxing feel and even a shoulder and arm massage.
I have and a few of their therapists work on me and love the dynamics of their massages, meaning there is a therapist for everyone!
I would highly recommend Blu Sol to any one I know seeking to treat themselves or even heal. Great job!

First time coming here this afternoon and it was great. My whole neck and back was hurting. I told the therapist to do a light massage because I have such a sensitive and small body. She did an awesome job and asked me if the pressure was ok. Some therapist wouldn’t even bother to ask. I enjoyed every minute of the massage. I felt amazed after and the pain on my back was gone! The pricing was descent. It wasn’t too bad at all. I will definitely come back again for their business!

This place is awesome hands down. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. The relaxation room is stocked with some nibbles, cookies, and water. It’s nice to munch on a lil something while waiting. My problem is I never have time to nibble because as soon as I sit down, my waxer always shows up! I have never had to sit and wait for my appointments!
Tiffany bar none is the best waxer and facial giver in the valley. If she ever leaves my eyebrows will be ridiculous because I trust no one else with them! I’ve had a few massages here, and every time has been a good massage. The hand/​foot massage seemed way too short for the price and I honestly would say I will never get one again. For the price I will get a swedish and ask them to focus more on the feet and hands. Otherwise the massage was excellent!
Love love love love this place. I even drive out of my way from Surprise just to come down and support a local owned business versus chains (yes Massage Envy I’m talking about you!!). I try to always support local businesses, and in this case I have never ever been wrong about where my dollars are spent. Thank you for my escape to bliss every time I visit the spa!

Great costumer service! First time getting a massage and I loved it! My husband and I got the couples massage and it was great! They make you feel special and the water they offer you is good (: definitely recommend this place.

Outstanding customer service and communication as well as a fantastic relaxing and cleanly environment. Scheduled a couples massage for valentines day for my boyfriend and I and the massages were amazing. At the front desk we received chocolate covered strawberries and cookies with a drink. After enjoying yummy strawberries we got to relax and mend under the hands of their very professional and skilled massage therapists. Very pleased with my visit and will definitely be back for more couples massages with my boyfriend :) thanks blu sol for providing us with a great valentines day.

So the owner of Blue Sol saw my reviews a week ago and his response was to privately message me on Unilocal and ask me for $ 44 for a massage I do not want from them — and to ask me to remove my review. He called this a ‘deal’ because it’s $ 35 less than they would have asked other people to pay them.
Um. No.
Pretty gutsy, reaching out to an irate consumer and asking them for money after they’ve made it clear they want nothing to do with you.

I just want to update in response to the «owners» note. This in fact is a legit review, I visited the spa in March and had this exact experience and if your records do not reflect that you have yet another issue.
Just as a lesson I would encourage you to reach out and try to answer issues politely, all in all this isn’t a horrible review, I likely would have given it another chance. Now though you’ve made the matter worse and my decision will never change and I will absolutely not be returning.
One last update, if I’m not in your system why did you email me a birthday special this month? Oh and this is after I’ve opted out of your mailing list.
All around bad business happening at this place. AVOID!

I absolutely Love Ms Tiffany! She always makes my trip amazing and wonderful ! The ladies in the front are always so sweet and helpful always makes my spa days more relaxing! Can’t wait until my next visit
