Challenger Painting

Our HOA requires new paint on our house every 10 years, since this will be year #10 I looked on the Nextdoor app to see what all my other neighbors were doing. I saw a glowing recommendation on Challenger Painting and plus Richard is licensed, bonded and insured. I have been seeing a lot of folks getting their paint done around the neighborhood but I did not see that company or person is licensed. I am always one of those that have Murphy’s law on my side, so I rather be safe than sorry.
Richard came out for a free estimate and his quote was just slightly higher than a quote I got from someone that is non-​licensed. So email Richard to ask him when to start. My house looks brand new. :) He also has a 1 year warranty on the work. Richard addressed the cracks in stucco and drywall before the house was paint.
I really liked that Richard always responses quickly to calls or emails!
