This place is awesome. They are handy with mailing parcels and packages, regular mail, delicate items and they have p.o. boxes. It’s a tiny shop with a really nice owner who hooks me up with samples of my favorite inscents when I come in. They also have a wide range of candles including my favorites that have a wooden wick and crackle like a fire. This shop is full of great gifts to buy, such as stuffed animals, satchels, key rings, and other trinkets and if you like hello kitty or star wars stuff you will be in heaven. An all around great store with lovely customer service and attention to detail.

To make a long story short, after dealing with a horrible run of Identity Theft, court cases etc. I needed to change my physical address. This is a wonderful post office service.
1. The owner is also a notary and he use to be in the import and export service business which gives him an edge on securing documentation. The Wells Fargo across the street uses him too as a Notary.
2. The owner and the staff are super friendly. They are always willing to go the extra mile. The same employees have been there for YEARS and that says a lot. It is the same 4 people who you do business with.
3. They have a small supply of gifts in candles if you are ever in a bind and need to purchase a little something which makes it nice.
4. You get a key to your own lock box in addition to a key to the store in off hours.
5. Everything is secure and you actually get two physical addresses for your mail. Which is great if you want to use one for business and the other for personal.
6. They always leave chocolate dipped graham crackers for you to take.
All in all they aren’t just a post office, they are much much more! I feel confident that my mail is kept secure.

Short Version: Good services with extra cheesiness.
Long Version: I’ll tell you what happened and you be the judge. I went in to get some documents notarized. I walked in expecting to find your standard post office box /​notary service business. I found that and a whole lot more. The first thing that hits you is the aroma therapy, almost violating you because it is so strong. Then, there’s all the extra merchandise cases located inside, selling everything from «I Love L.A.» souvenirs to plastic flowers and vases to incense. Of course, there’s easy listening muzak being pumped through the sound system as well. When I got to the desk, the man at the counter was very helpful and immediately helped me notarize my documents. Then came the cheese. He asked, «You’re in entertainment, right?» I told him I was. He then said, «You know, if you want to do some networking here, you could rent one of our post office boxes and hang out here. Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, entertainment companies; they all have boxes here, and they come in here all the time.» Really? They personally come in here and pick up their own mail? Right. «You could meet them, maybe talk some business, maybe get a part in one of their films.» I said, «Yeah, that is a possibility. But I’m in a hurry, so I’ll have to come back another day for that.» He said, «Okay. But it’s your loss if you don’t.»
