Sometimes line gets long and takes a while to get through… wish they would have people come out and take orders like many other locations. BUT it is totally worth the wait. The staff is so kind. The food is AWESOME. This is my go to fast food place.

When it’s my turn to pick where we eat, I ALWAYS say Chic Fil A. This location is one of the best. The food is always fresh, you get free refills, and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. I’d like to share an experience I had almost a year ago at this location:
I went to Chic Fil A for an early dinner with my grandmother. She had been in the hospital with my grandfather all day and hadn’t had a chance to eat, so I told her I would meet her after work and buy her some supper. We order, get our food like normal. She said she wanted some ice cream. I went to the counter to order her an ice cream cone and I had a conversation with the woman behind the counter. I told her I wanted a milkshake but I didn’t know what kind. She suggested the peppermint milkshake. I told her I’d never had one and quite frankly it didn’t sound good at all. She asked me if I would like a sample, and I said sure. I wasn’t in a rush. I get my grandmother’s ice cream cone and take it to her. I went back to the counter expecting a small sample and I expected not to like it. She brought me a SMALL milkshake that looks like it came out of a magazine. Beautiful presentation. I tried it in front of her, prepared to fake a smile so her effort wouldn’t be in vain. To my immense shock and surprise, I absolutely love it. To this day, their peppermint milkshakes are my favorite holiday treat. The milkshake she gave me was obviously a sizable shake, not a sample size. It filled me up. I offered her a $ 20 bill to pay and she declined payment. I think she could see how much I enjoyed it. I was so overwhelmed with emotion. My grandfather was in the hospital and all. I offered her the $ 20 as a tip for her kindness. She declined even when I asked 3 times. She said it was against policy. I put the $ 20 in the collection area for the charity at the cash register and asked to speak to the manager. I told him my experience with tears in my eyes. The kindness of everyone at Chic Fil A was outstanding. I told my grandma that day (and I still believe) if Chic Fil A would pay me when I’m making now, I’d work for them in a heart beat. It seems like an amazing place to work. I truly believe everyone there enjoys their job! Great job Chic Fil A. I’ll see you next time it’s my turn to pick the place!

Update: Received a phone call from a different manager at the location apologizing for the experience after receiving my complaint from corporate. I appreciated the gesture very much.
Just had the absolute worst experience at chickfila in Tomball. Waited 30 minutes for a chicken noodle soup and was told it would take 5 minutes. When the food came, soup was mildly hot, chicken nuggets were on the soggy side, and my small fry was not fully cooked. Had to ask for a refund for the order. When manager finally came out, she only refunded me for the soup and hastily went back into the store without appearing concerned or apologetic. Seriously so disappointed in this specific location. Many of the employees were very friendly.

Always wonderful! Got some goodies [ hot nugget to go tray] for my daughter and her classmates for her 11^th b-​day. Called the day before to make sure things were good with the order. No problems and did not anticipate any!
Tabitha took my to go order and gave me extra silverware and made sure everything was correct.
Customer service at its finest!

OK for fast food. Staff is friendly. I call this mall food. Not my preference for fast food but if you are in the mood for chicken better than chicken nuggets.

The service is quick & the lady at the drive thru was so kind. I went away feeling very happy with my food & the service. Thanks for staring my morning off right!

The staff is friendly and efficient. Restaurant is clean and tidy. It’s quiet for the most part, as there is a play area for kids.
I like that they have fresh flowers on the tables. The servers also visit the tables and ask if you need anything, including drink refills.
One other thing, this location is usually not all that crowded on weekday mornings, which I like. The management also decorates the restaurant according to season. Very festive.

Always a pleasure to visit this CFA!!! They are pleasant and the location is clean… just a great place to grab a delicious bite to eat!

The place was closing in half an hour, and they were quick to take our order and get the food via the drive thru. They were very nice and made sure our order was correct by repeating it a couple times. I hate when you go to a fast food restaurant and your order gets jumbled and you leave with the wrong thing but didn’t know or have time to check. I love the cobb salad now that they don’t have the chicken strip salad. The waffle fries are so good! I’ve had their chicken biscuits before, and it’s actually pretty good. I thought it’d taste weird cause I’m so used to sausage biscuits.

The friendliest most awesomeness people are at this one! I would say «people that work here» but they don’t act like they are at work. It is more like they are just having fun at home. Love this location!

I’m a strong supporter of the values that Mr. Cathy holds, but I’ve never been a fan of Chick-​fil-​a. I’ve never had bad quality at any of them, but the food just didn’t suit me. Until now.
My son got a coupon for good grades, so I brought him here (he loves the place) to celebrate. I wasn’t expecting much, but figured I’d order something so we could eat together. Well, things have changed a lot since I last ate at a Chick-​fil-​a. There were items on the menu that I thought I’d like, and I was very happy with the spicy chicken deluxe I ordered. The line was fairly long when we came in, but it moved very quickly. The people working there were hands down the absolute best I have ever seen in a fast food joint, very courteous and helpful, refilling drinks, smiling, being polite, etc. Come to think of it, I’m not sure I’ve had better service at an expensive restaurant. No exaggeration.
For the food alone, I’d come back. It was pretty good; much better than it was years ago. Because of Mr. Cathy’s boldness, values and the way they treat their employees, I’d come back. For the service, the amazing attitude of the employees, I’d come back.
If I could give them a six I would. I hope the manager reads these. I hope he knows how great his employees are and how refreshing it is to get good quality and service in fast food. Excellent job.
Chick-​fil-​a is now at the top of my list when fast food is what we’re after.

Love Chick-​fil-​a… Pretty much everything on the menu. Love the service and apparently I’m not the only one because every location seems to be busy at all times of the day.
Today I had the grilled chicken salad with balsamic berry dressing. Holy smokes… that is an awesome salad. Not sure how they continue to provide such great tasting fresh food but I’m thoroughly impressed.
Not much else to say but eat mor chiken.

Its chic fil a. Always good, fast, and friendly in a weird way. Which it their pleasure I guess.
