Dr. Giba’s dental hygienists are top notch. They’re all very friendly and remember the small details of past conversations, and generally make you feel super relaxed.
Dr. Giba gets the job done. I’ve had a periodontal cleaning, cavity filling, and the pain was very minimal. The initial pokes are usually painless; he’s very good about numbing you well before sticking you with a needle.
There’s only one less than satisfactory experience. I arrived around lunchtime for an appointment and he was on the phone yelling at either another dentist or an insurance company. He was very loud and it made the people waiting in waiting room very nervous. We each looked at each other in amazement.
It’s really the only time I’ve seen that, but it was worth sharing. It could be a great thing; he may have been fighting to get insurance payments for a client.
I still continue to visit Dr. Giba and his staff as of the date of this review.
