There AD clearly states un-limited tanning. Un-limited tanning to me clearly is un-limited. On Thanksgiving week they were closed for 3 days then open on Saturday closed Sunday. Time is never made up to the customers at all. Now Christmas, they will be closed for 4 days. Time once again will not be made up to the customer. I have been in management for over 20 plus years. This is poor management skills or the owner is not interested in seeing their revenue grow. When in Florida they were even open on the holiday until a certain time of day. However if they closed they made it up to the customer. If I owned this business my staff would be working that day period. However we would close by 12:00pm and have a notice posted that we would be doing so. Other business do not close or they clearly have it posted that they will be closing early. I’m not a scrooge I just think we should get what we pay for. Or change your policy to «limited tanning». Just saying.

I have been tanning since they opened. I have never encounter a more knowledgeable, friendly helpful staff than what they have here at Extreme Tan & Salon. I have been coming here since they opened their doors. I would and do recommend them to All of my neighbor’s and friends. They have great pricing as well. You really can’t beat their shop!!!

I requested an appointment on the Extreme Tan &Spa website, Monday 9/2, for an air spray tan on 9⁄3. I received a reply back saying they would get back with me soon. At 11:30 am on 9⁄3 I still had not heard from them so I called to schedule. The receptionist said they could do it at 5 pm that afternoon. It took me over 40 minutes to drive there and when I arrived they did not have anyone there who knew how to do the tan. The girl at the desk told me she has never done an air brush and didn’t know how to do it. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she told me the Girl cold do it and if there was a problem I could come back in a day or two and get it fixed. It was no big deal. Since I was going to a wedding in Ca on Thursday it was a big deal. The hairstylist who works at that office told me to go to Holliday Tan where her daughter goes and they will take care of me. Their receptionist even gave me another salons name to go to because even though her boss saidbto do my tan she was not comfortable. I can assure you that I nor any people I know will ever go there and the friends who suggested them have already taken them off their list. Customer Service is not something that seems to be on their menu. So if your time is valuable to you and you care what you look like this is not the place to go.
