Galaxy Nail’s And Spa

First time here and it was wonderful. I called ahead worried about a potential Mothers’ Day crowd. Lady who answered the phone was very polite and I timed my visit well. I asked for an appt 30 min later, arrived and parked with ease. Was greeted by the same lady and I caught them at a quiet moment.
Clean facility, courteous staff, and I did the top level pedicure and did a basic manicure with no polish just a buffing. I feel relaxed and my feet and hands loved the treatment. Water temp was good, drink provided, and a neck and shoulder massage thrown in. The massage was very relaxing. I will certainly be back — no complaints or suggestions. Great pricing and quality work.

Lovely little nail salon in Tomball. I felt welcomed by the staff as soon as I walked through the door. They were happy to accommodate a walk-​in pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of color choices, very clean, nice chairs, and a quality pedicure. Not rushed in any way, and the paint job came out picture perfect. The price was about $ 5 more than the nail salon I like in Cypress, but this pedicure was worth the extra money.
The cold beverage that was offered complimentary was a nice touch. Will return to this nice little nail salon for sure.

Great place for nails. I haven’t done acrylic but they do a fantastic job with my shellac. I was a little disappointed with my pedicure. Polish lasted a while but my feet weren’t very soft as I have had elsewhere. But they are very clean, & nice. Have a great selection of regular, shellac & acrylic colors. They are the only place I go to now.

I used to go to another local shop religiously but one day, short on time I ran into Galaxy. I’ve never gone back to the other salon. They are clean, nice and do great shellac and pedicures. I highly recommend these ladies!

Infection! I came here yesterday and got a pedicure and now I have an infection. I came here for a pedicure, the next day my toe was hurting i took my shoe off when I got home and on the side of my toenail was swelling, white, & inflamed. I went back to show her and she said nothing was wrong you could clearly see the swelling, she kept saying she didnt cut me (which doesn’t matter cause i still have an infection) She asked what she could do so i asked very nicely for a refund and she refused and kept replying it wasn’t her fault so she didnt think i should get one. I went with my friend and when we waited for her nails to dry and they’re supposed to clean the pedicure stations even if they have a liner (im a licensed cosmetologist) and I’ve been here before and some guy did my nails and did and awful job they were completely uneven and when I sake him to fix them he was just rude so eventually had to just fix them myself.
And it says on their website Mon-​Wends 20% off and it was the first time but when I went back and got the infection i asked and she said oh it’s only some so she picks and chooses.
And not to mention it was the OWNER that did the pedicure. And refused to give me the refund and she didn’t even have to give me the refund if she would have just apologized even i wouldn’t be as mad she just kept denying it wasn’t her fault and was saying it was my fault. I didnt do anything that would have given me anything i wear socks and everything with all my shoes. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT COME HERE!

I have only been going to Galaxy Nails for a short time after going to the same person for 7 yrs… I can’t say enough about all the ladies here… I have been using Vivien and she is so great and does my nails the exact way I want… I will be with these ladies for a long time.

This salon is fabulous! The pedicure chairs are new, the ladies are super nice, and they offer the best selection of colors and name brand polish. Highly recommend this nail spa!

This is a WONDERFUL new nail spa with all updated chairs and equipment great friendly atmosphere clean/​relaxing environment. Not to mention the owner/​manicurist (Kim) is simply amazing!!! I will definitely be returning, if you are picky, and demand a cleanl relaxing environment with with a job well done then this will be your new favorite spot! I strongly recommend this nail spa to everyone!
