Avoid Glenco. I hired them to do an inspection of a house I was considering buying. The inspector told me verbally not to worry about any foundation issues. With a month of moving. some cracks in the tile grout became a major foundation crack and I’m looking at huge repair costs. For $ 395, I got tons of headaches. There were other issues they missed that I discovered and repaired before they caused major damage. Avoid this business.
