Jack In the Box

This Jack In the Box is on my route home from work. Everytime I come around 11:30pm they completely SHORT you on curly fries. I order a large fry and EVERY time, without fail they give me so few fries I can’t even see them in the fry container. Jack In The Box curly fries aren’t cheap and they’re cheating you out of your money. I ALWAYS have to ask them, «Please put more fries in here» because they give you a small to kids size portion when ordering a large.

Stopped here with my son an a Sunday afternoon. The place was not busy at this time but the staff was apparently shorthanded since they had to use the guy with the filthiest hands I have ever seen serving food in my life! His nails were so long that they were breaking and so filthily dirty that I still can’t stop thinking about them.
I could not finish eating I was so grossed out. I can’t help wondering that if this is what I was able to see, what is going on there that I can’t see??? I don’t want to know and will never find out as I will not ever be stopping here again.
I called the store but they did not answer their phone. I did not get the employees name since he was not wearing a name tag and the register tape said the server was «Front». Shoddy, half-​assed and alarmingly unsanitary.
Just to verify, this is JIB#493 at FM2920 and FM2978 in Tomball.

I used to work at this place (for around 2 years) and I would definitely have to advise you to stay away from this place. The back is not very well kept nor cleaned and there is a lot of sexual harassment that happens at that place.
I also voted that it is not good for groups, as the internal area of the restaurant is factually too small to hold a group.
