I am a Kohl’s lover and hater… equally. I love a lot of their lines but hate how disorganized their stores can be and how frustrating it can be to shop in them at times. I stopped in here when we were in Tomball on a search for sandals. The shoe department was in pretty good shape. We were able to find the shoes in the general areas they were supposed to be in. And the lady organizing the area was really helpful when we wanted a shoe in a different size. The cashier that checked us out was really nice and quick.

The store is super nice and clean but employees are kinda rude. I was trying on a lipgloss (I completely forgot to use the little stick to try it on and just used the actual lipstick and I know that was my mistake) and a lady came up and asked if I needed help and I said no I’m fine, just trying it on. And she said «you’re supposed to try it on with the sample stick, other customers use those too you know.» And I apologized like three times cause it slipped my mind and I understood I did wrong and she said «well might as well give it to me now since I have to throw it out.» She was incredibly rude even after I acknowledged that I had made a mistake. I felt like she didn’t treat me like a customer and she just wanted me to leave even though I wanted to buy it. Also I feel like a simple «oh you need to use one of these!» wouldve sufficed instead of making me feel so bad about it.

I love kohl’s… I’ll start with that but uhmmm overall it wasn’t the best experience. I had in mind to spend some money because of all the previous experiences I have had with them.
I will return to kohl’s but I won’t come back to this establishment.
So why… Well me and my wife came in at 9:40pm and the first thing I expected to hear was welcome or hey but instead I was greeted with a slightly agitated remark and I quote we close in 10min.
I work in retail so I know how long days go and because of that I brushed it off I then looked around for a bit and noticed I was being followed and finally my wife said its time to go.
On my way out the store a lady followed us and immediately shit the doors and locked it at 9:58pm
Again I love kohl’s and maybe this was just a rough day but yeah kinda bummed my night.
The good was 1 lady did smile and show some teeth and the store was spotless really clean and kept well. That earned 2 stars

Not impressed with prices or store set up.
Or the fact that they are required to ask for your life story for a Kohl’s card even after you have politely declined.
