Anh Van Nguyen and Alana L. Isaacks are both very nice, attentive, respectful and knowledgable. However, most of the other staff (assistants — front desk clerks — appointment schedulers) are awful to «deal» with. Every time I have visited this office, they are rude, ill informed, not helpful or respectful at all. I can’t tell you how many times I have walked up to the counter and patiently waited for someone to simply acknowledge my existence even when they are not busy at all (playing on their phones). If it weren’t for Isaacks and Nguyen I would not return.

I haven’t even gotten called into the back yet and I already want to leave. The girl at the front is totally rude to everybody, she talks to you like you are stupid. And it is HOT in the waiting room.
