Owen’s Custom Stucco Repair

I am amazed by Owen and his custom work. I encourage you with all confidence and no reservations to use Owen and his crew, they are truly AMAZING.
I am selling a 2m house. Interviewed and received bids from many contractors to fix a crack in the stucco on the side of my house that previous owners had just used expandable calk and painted over. Bids came in recommending I do same thing… basically said new owners won’t know till they buy the house.
Owen said you can do that but I am not doing that shoddy work. You will have leaks, bugs, all the problems you have.
I hired Owen. I was in a rush. He made time for me. His crew came out and spent two days in the burning heat on 3 story ladders to complete the work as promised.
If you do not use Owen and his crew, well, you will use them eventually.
I have advised everyone I know to use Owen and I require all my relatives to use him.
You cannot believe the thanks I get. This guy is a magician. He can do anything. Stucco is tricky and every job is different. I know. I have another house that is all stucco; efis. I only trust him to work on it.
Okay, this is a long note but to give credibility, here is what he did and his team… and let me add, Owen was at my house both days… not just his crew… who are amazing too.
1) problem at north wall alley side of house… side expansion joint was not installed where addition meets original (seller did not disclose!)
2) Owens team sawed vertical cut on either side of connection of original and garage addition from foundation to facia
3) removed existing stucco and mesh back and original sheathing and cleaned
4) installed vertical expansion joint between addition and original building from base to roof facia
5) replaced house wrap and mesh to fitted expansion joint, reapplied base coat, additional stucco and finish coat to match original surface, sealed and directed painter on painting stucco.
Result: no moister, bugs, bees etc can get into garage from stucco crack which was previous problem.
Previous owner just covered problem and that was bid of other contractors. I was unwilling to do that for legal reasons as it is a disclosure issue… is there moisture, defects etc… but even if I wasn’t selling, there was a need to FIX. Why pay $ 1500 over and over and have water and ants and bees and mice in your garage and cracks expanding when Owen can fix your problem for good.
He told me the truth, explained the problem (in a way I could understand) showed up promptly with a crew, they climbed 3 story ladders 2 days in a row to complete the job pursuant to agreed deadline and charged me $ 3500 dollars. No add on. You are crazy if you don’t use this contractor, whether you are a contracting company or a personal home/​building owner looking for stucco work.
