Always friendly but, their ice cream is almost always runny! I prefer other locations for a treat… It’s been every single time and well, it just stinks to get ice cream that’s not cold enough. Blah

Went through drive thru and ordered a number seven which is the chili cheese coney. She asked what kind of hot dog do I want? I’m like what do you mean? She said I can have an American hot dog, one with sauerkraut or one with a pickle. I’m thinking I don’t want chili on my pickle and since when do we get to choose the hot dog. I asked her isn’t it just one choose for the chili cheese dog and I think she’s revering to number six. She quickly changed the order on the screen. Must be new. Sitting here in the pick up lane waiting for the food to be brought out and she’s running from one car to another trying to figure out who ordered the strawberry shake. Our order was brought to us and all she could keep saying is here you go. Even at the end we didn’t get a thank for you coming to sonics. She’s young and trying to make a living so i will cut her a little slack When we got home I opened the bag. I ordered tater tots and we got half fries half tater tots. My slushie was supposed to be blue raspberry with jolly rancher. We got raspberry with pop rocks.

Have been going to this Sonic since it opened March 5th2014 since I live in the Alexan apartment complex behind the Sonic(excellent apartment btw). I’ll admit in the beginning things were rough but I’m amazed at how well this Sonics’ service is now! When I would call in the beginning the managers Rayanne and Saul would assure me they were constantly training amd getting better and now it shows. I go by 4 – 5 times a week at all times of the day and haven’t had a problem since June 1st. I appreciate the sincerity of the crew and the fast service. Keep it up Y’all! :)

This Sonic just opened this week, and so far, so good. I’ve seen newer ordering technology in Oklahoma City(where the company is based), using screens which show your order as you place it, trivia while your order is being made, and a countdown when your food it being delivered. It looks like these have the«placeholder» for this tech, but sadly, it wasn’t installed. yet. Food was good, service was prompt, but the ordering was a bit rough — I think they’re still in «training mode.» I’m *sure* I will be back!
