They usually never get my order wrong Food is always prepared great. BUT one time I ordered through the mobile app and requested extra nacho cheese on the Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos. instead they left out the nacho cheese COMPLETELY even though I paid for extra nacho cheese. Someone must have done that on purpose. Anyways, overall this is a good Taco Bell.

I went at 10pm because they were still open and near my house. I don’t expect much from taco bell. Usually if I don’t see employees smoking weed in the parking lot I’ll go ahead and go in. It doesn’t require a lot to make tacos over and over so when you find a manager dedicated like this one is its very surprising. The place was very clean and everything was well stocked. The employees were very nice and even when I ordered the wrong thing they just fixed it right away with no complaints. The food was surprisingly good too. I actually enjoyed it instead of it just being my guilty late night pleasure. I didn’t go to the bathroom, because as clean as the place seemed its still a taco bell next to a Walmart so go at your own risk. I’ll be back again

Stopped at this location on the way to the movie theater. There was an employee coming out with a trash bag and he held the door open for us. He left the trash outside, followed us in, and washed his hands so he could take our order. We placed our order then took a seat. The place was empty. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes for our order. Apparently they were servicing all of the drive-thru orders first. As we ate, I noticed a Taco Bell employee sitting in the back of the restaurant eating food and doing something on his cell phone. He appeared to be the manager. While we were waiting for our food, another customer came in. One of the employees making the food, called out for the young man who had been taking out the trash. The manager guy yelled across the restaurant that he was taking the trash out. Finally we get our food. It was typical Taco Bell food. One one thing was messed up but my daughter fixed it herself instead of returning it. Only one more customer came in the whole time we were there and we weren’t in a hurry. As we get up to leave, I noticed that the manager guy is gone but his cell phone is plugged in to the wall at the table he was sitting at and a bunch of napkins. Also, an employee was yelling out the front door at someone, wasn’t sure what was going on. As we left, I see the manager guy sitting in his car across the parking lot with the door open. It didn’t appear that he was leaving. I don’t expect a lot when I go to fast food restaurants but this was way below par. I definitely won’t be back to this particular location. It just creeped me out and made me feel uncomfortable.

Though as I always say calling taco Bell«Mexican» is like calling Chef Boyardee«Italian» but what other category does one put it in?! Anyway this is a Taco Pizza Bell location. Which means nothing gets made to the«standards» of the few remaining independent locations of these places. I’ve never had any of the Pizza Hut«side» There is a a massive inconsistency with the taste, quality, speed and overall service from this location. Since the one opened on FM2978 it is a rare moment I use this one at all. I’ve had to correct orders. I’ve had to call to complain. I’ve had to e mail corporate to complain. I’ve been made to wait for over 15 minutes for items. This is what happens when you give undedicated workers too much too do at once.
