My husband and I are doing a 3 month body transformation competition so we decided to go to the firm u and hire a trainer. We are 2 months into the competition right now and couldn’t be happier with the results! Every trainer is AMAZING! So welcoming and informative. They definitely know their stuff. We are so much more knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. Also, our bodies have never looked better. We cannot wait to see the end result. I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone! Thank you Thomas and all of the other trainers there for making us feel so much more confident! We are so grateful for you guys.
