I gave 2 stars for inventory. Customer service I’d give 1 star. My lease was up on a Saturday for a month long lease on a knee scooter. I have a wedding that same night. I called days in advance to ask if I could extend until Monday. I would bring it Sunday but they’re closed. I’m happy to pay for the extension but I was told I’d have to pay for another month if I’m one day late! It’s stressful enough having to use a scooter and help plan a wedding. Nobody would be able to lease until Monday anyways. Very disappointed!
